Hey Todd - go easy with those words - high level of ignorance!
The argument about Tipplers relates to 2.04 hectares of re-vegetated sand
mining lease
which has cost ratepayers a small fortune - thank you for confirming that it
is not a
pristine environment. No environment is pristine when it has been sandmined.
We are not talking about any other part of the island other than Club B and
Tipplers
leases which are designated tourism leases.
Boaties care about the environment as much as anybody else - that is why we
are out
there enjoying it and appreciating it - we are not ignorant by any means and
the long
term sustainability, enjoyment and appreciation of the area by all of the community
is what we are fighting for.
No rare and endangered species on the 2.04 hectares!
